ONLINE COUNSELLING
Counselling wherever feels right for you
Online counselling lets you attend sessions via Zoom, without needing to travel.
I offer online counselling for adults and young people, with the same 50-minute sessions and integrative approach as face-to-face counselling.
Counselling from a place that works for you
For some people, attending counselling online is simply more convenient. For others, being in familiar surroundings feels more comfortable.
Online sessions can be easier to fit around work or other commitments, and living further from Bournemouth doesn't have to be a barrier.
How online counselling works
Sessions take place via Zoom and last 50 minutes.
You can join from a private place where you feel comfortable and are unlikely to be interrupted.
You don't need any specialist equipment beyond a suitable device, an internet connection and access to Zoom.
My approach remains integrative whether we meet online or in person.
What I can support you with
I work with people experiencing a range of emotional and personal difficulties, including:
- Anxiety & stress
- Depression & low mood
- Trauma & difficult past experiences
- Bereavement, grief & loss
- Low self-esteem & confidence
- Relationship difficulties
- Anger
- Life transitions
- Work-related difficulties
- Identity
- Intrusive thoughts
- Personal growth
You don't need a diagnosis before getting in touch.
Explore how I workOnline counselling in Poole, Christchurch and beyond
Although my face-to-face counselling is based in Bournemouth, online counselling allows us to work together without needing to meet in person.
I offer online sessions to people in Poole, Christchurch and elsewhere in the UK, providing an option for those who would prefer counselling via Zoom.
Is online counselling right for me?
Online counselling may suit you if you:
- Prefer attending sessions from home or another private space
- Live further away from Bournemouth
- Would rather not travel to sessions
- Need counselling to fit more easily around other commitments
- Simply feel more comfortable meeting online
There isn't one format that's right for everybody. If you're unsure whether online or face-to-face counselling would suit you better, we can talk about it during the introductory call.
