Counselling services
Information about counselling services, availability and fees is provided to help you understand the services offered.
Arranging an introductory call or making an enquiry does not by itself create a counselling relationship.
Where counselling is agreed, the counselling relationship may be subject to a separate counselling agreement covering matters such as confidentiality, appointments, cancellations and other arrangements.
Fees
The standard fee displayed on the website is currently £60 for a 50-minute counselling session.
Concessionary rates may be available for students and those on a limited income. Please get in touch to discuss availability.
Current fees and arrangements should be confirmed when counselling is arranged.
Cancellations
Where less than 24 hours' notice is given for a cancellation or rearrangement, the full session fee applies.
Any further arrangements relating to appointments and cancellations may also be explained as part of the counselling agreement.
Appointment booking
The website links to Cal.com, an external booking service, so that you can book the free 15-minute introductory call.
Use of Cal.com is subject to Cal.com's own terms and privacy practices.
